☕ Coffee & Subscriptions
When will I get my order?
To guarantee maximum freshness, we follow a strict weekly roasting schedule:
- Orders placed before Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST are fleshly roasted on Tuesday and shipped out on Thursday,
- Orders placedd after Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST will be added to the following week's roatation (roasted the next Tuesday, shipped the next Thursday).
What makes your beans different?
We specialize in high-altitude Arabica beans, featuring our signature Brazilian Kona Blend. By utilizing a "clean roast" process, we ensure a smooth, full-bodied profile with natural chocolatey and nutty notes. This approach eliminates the burnt or bitter aftertaste common in mass-market coffee, providing a premium specialty experience.
How should I store my coffee?
To keep your Buzz fresh, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. While our bags feature a one-way freshness valve, we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and avoiding the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate flavor profile of the Brazilian Kona beans.
What is the shelf life of your coffee?
For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 4–6 weeks of the roast date. While it is safe to consume much longer, the complex aromatic notes begin to fade after the first month.
Do you offer flavored coffees?
Yes! We are constantly experimenting with seasonal flavors inspired by our Florida roots. All our flavorings are added post-roast using high-quality oils that complement the rich base of our Brazilian blend rather than masking it.
How does the "Buzz Club" Subscription work?
Our subscription service ensures you never run out of caffeine.
Perks: Subscribers receive a 20% discount on every bag and are automatically entered into every active giveaway we host. You can swap roasts, change frequency, or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal.
👕 Apparel & Quality
What kind of shirts do you use?
They are 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a "lived-in" feel, and feature a relaxed, vintage fit. They are pre-shrunk during the dyeing process, so they stay true to size even after multiple washes.
How should I wash my Urban Buzz gear?
To preserve the garment dye and the integrity of the print, wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach, as it can strip the unique pigment.
📦 Shipping & Support
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume giveaway launches, shipping may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our Florida warehouse.
Do you offer local pickup?
Currently our phsysical stores and e-commerce are opperated seperately. At this time, we only offer shipping direct to consumer.
