Shipping policy

At Urban Buzz Coffee, we are committed to delivering your coffee, apparel, and gear quickly and reliably so you can enjoy the full Urban Buzz experience without delay.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

During high-demand periods, including major giveaway launches, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend up to 10 business days due to increased order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email with your shipment details.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders throughout the United States from our Florida warehouse.

At this time, international shipping may not be available.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays & High-Volume Periods

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • High-volume giveaway promotions
  • Holidays or peak shopping periods

We appreciate your patience during these times.

Local Pickup

Currently, we do not offer local pickup for online orders. Our ecommerce inventory and drive-thru inventory are managed separately to ensure all giveaway entries are accurately tracked through our online system.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged items, we will gladly arrange a replacement exchange for the same product.

Giveaway Purchases & Final Sale Policy

Because giveaway entries are automatically submitted upon purchase through a third-party sweepstakes system, all sales made during active giveaway periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

However, defective or damaged items remain eligible for direct replacement with the same item.
