At Urban Buzz Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Please ensure that all order details, including product selections and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your purchase is final

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to sender or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or carrier-related issues, our team will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

We will work with you to arrange redelivery where possible. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and the carrier's policies. Returned or failed deliveries do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion. Damaged or incorrect items do not automatically qualify for a refund.
